‘ ...’  sherry gave the other a look, possibly one more desperate than others; but this question had flooded out every other response valid to cover up true feelings, that had shown within the few seconds of registering. was she? even if she was? how selfish would that be, right? the blonde couldn’t find the words to say anything, her eyes burning from unwanted tears that would fall...when did she become so emotional? A few sniffles here and there, and well... sherry’s lost this whole secret thing. maybe she should’ve known sooner, or rather a bit too late but...she’s in way too deep and it’s obvious to anyone who’s looking in. she tries to shake her head no but— she’s too shocked, too stuck in the moment of having the light flashed over her like she’s been caught; and she has. in some part of her mind, fighting and hoping... sherry’s strongly hoping she doesn’t have to explain herself anymore.
