Working on a General Law Theory paper this morning.

We read this short story “girl” by Jamaica Kinkaid which was very good. And then watched the movie “the battle of Algiers” which is cool cause it’s in French!

i’ve been pretty productive today! my afternoon class was cancelled so i spent some time outlining some papers that are due in a few weeks. a new starbucks opened up close to my house and i can’t wait to start camping out there to do my homework 😂

It is officially my last first day of school (jk I’m doing a Master’s). Somehow have carved out time to actually do uni work in preparation for my first lecture of the year tomorrow – new year new me amirite?

A homemade latte (in my lovely pink and coral Keep Cup no less) makes any difficult reading session a little bit easier and brighter. It’s technically day two of a four-day long weekend (Monday is Thanksgiving and my seminar on Tuesday is cancelled), so I’m taking it a bit easier today and aiming for tomorrow and Tuesday to be much heavier reading days.
