Hey guys! So this is my set up for the next few hours at least - I live right across from the uni! Going to do some readings for Parties and Voters and then go for a walk in late afternoon/early evening! Been using the Pomodoro method - bursts of study followed by breaks. In my case, 50 mins study and 10 mins break! Works well.
Welcome to my blog!
Hi, this post is just to introduce myself. I’m Matt, I study Politics at the University of Birmingham and I also live in Birmingham currently - but I’m from Liverpool. I’m in third year and because there’s a lot going on, I’ve been inspired to make one of those blogs as a motivator/distractor. I’ll be sharing my thoughts, my study activities and also some political stuff, from time to time. Please give me a follow x

Took an hour’s stroll out as a NYE treat, then went home and started on my plan for my Parties and Voters essay! I’m writing about how sociological models of voting are not redundant even with the rise of newer rational choice models, as clearly people’s sociological characteristics still affect how they vote even if it’s not as clear cut as it used to be! HAPPY NYE x
