It’s about finally showing up for yourself. It’s putting the phone down when you’re tempted, getting up when it’s tough, and when life throws things off course, not quitting just picking back up. That kind of self-control? It’s steadier than any quick hit of pleasure. What really gives you a solid foundation is what you’ve learned, what you’ve saved, the confidence you’ve built, the things you’ve actually done. Nobody can take those from you. You don’t need anyone’s permission to own them. If you don’t take charge of your own day, someone else will fill it for you. If you don’t push yourself now, life will push you harder later. Bom dia amores, hoje eu vou fazer diferente por estar menstruada (pse uma tristeza logo na segunda) a ideia é me manter o mais quente possivel durante o dia (evita colicas intensas e ajuda o corpo a descansar) por isso meu cafe da manha foi mingau de aveia com leite desnatado e meia banana
Estou levando uma garrafa de cha de hortelã para a faculdade, alem dele ajudar com desconfortos gastricos ele ainda garante suporte hormonal (que ajuda caso vc tenha acne, o que nao é o meu caso mas ajuda muito de verdade) ele tambem tem sua correspondência mágica; que é a renovação e prosperidade, alem de afastar energias densas e trazer proteção.
Para possivel almoço e jantar ontem eu fiz sopa de abobora com vegetais então provavelmente vai ser isso mesmo tudo bem quente para trazer saciedade e ajudar com as colicas.
Bom é isso meus amores ate mais tarde.

Hey atualização dos ultimos dias, acho que eu tava em fase lutea então eu tive apenas muita muita vontade de comer porcarias mas segui o planejado so comi doce na sexta (foi meu dia de chutar o balde e ai depois chega) ai obresto consegui seguir os jejuns de 20h mas a dieta em si não como eu to estudando para as provas eu acabo comendo qualquer coisa depois e as vezes passava das kcal mas essa semana eu vou fazer marmitas então vai ficar mais tranquilo de seguir meu planejamento hoje são 24h de nf e yoga e mais tarde eu vou estudar um pouco
Não esqueçam comam suas fibras e bebam agua pra fazer cocô bonito
