What thoughts (if any) do Ford's intermediate family have of Ford and Bill's relationship? [Tumblr AU]

This is a fun question since I haven’t really fully puzzled out Ford’s relationship to his immediate family in this AU in the first place! Obviously Stan exists and I’m writing things under the assumption that he and Ford had a similar giant falling out at the end of high school, but since Ford is only in his early 20s here that’s a LOT more immediate than even the 30 year old Ford from the journal - similarly, pre-portal Ford reads as kind of informally estranged from his parents to me, or at the very least we can say he canonically never sees them much, but with a younger Ford who hasn’t moved across the country yet he might still maintain more of a connection with them?

Anyway, with regards to Bill I imagine that for the majority of their relationship Ford is hiding the whole thing from other people for one reason or another - it being an online thing, it being a gay thing, just enjoying having a sexy little secret, etc., so regardless of how close Ford is to his family they probably aren’t aware anyway. If they did know I can’t see any of Filbrick Caryn or Stan approving though lol, they would immediately hate Bill on first impression vibes alone and every subsequent interaction would endear him to them less. One more thing for the whole world to judge Ford over I guess!!
