Wolfhead is a small personal project that I made with a goal to have something more concise in my portfolio + express myself. It's about being socially awkward and trans in a hostile, suburban environment that's quick to assume the worst. The project's called Wolfhead, but I only wanted a general canine look that could be mistaken as a coyote or dog. I don't think the current design reflects this that much, but I like the design so oh well

Most of the inspiration stems from the history of transgender activism in the USA and my own personal experience. Visual inspiration includes Craig of the Creek, Wolfwalkers (of course) and Adam and Dog. My current list of things to do just focus on the environments, props and additional characters. I was thinking about making a music video animatic eventually. It's not concrete yet, but I might set it to Cavetown's "10 Feet Tall".
