Hello, and welcome to my first book review!

I don't take anything to seriously, but I also thought it would be fun to start posting reviews of the books I am reading, since I like to engage with this type of content myself.

My first book I am not sure if I can count this as a complete "review", since I have decided to dnf it. The beginning was really good, and what I have read I would give it 2/5, but I was put off from finishing it due to (spoiler!) the mother's jealousy towards her daughter's relationship with her dad. That was a bit uncomfy.

I would say its your typical old school horror; nothing really scary and a lot of stereotypes for the genre. But if you want to get into horror, I would say this could be a start.

Yesterday was the two year anniversary of my dad's passing.

The first cartoon I can remember watching with my dad was the original Danger Mouse series, and it still holds a very fond place in my heart.
