Well, it's been a terrible situation and battle dealing with the aftereffects of the accident - that wasn't even out fault. Blessedly neither of us were physically hurt. Sadly, we say goodbye to Lola. It was a great 2 months with you. Finally, we welcome in Flo to the family. Please pray she will remain safe😌. Shout out to Adam at "Fountain City Imports" for working with us and being transparent about vehicles; and having their own shop to repair things before they sale them. We will definitely be doing our shopping there from now on. It's Meatless Mondays and my first attempt at cooking tofu! After teaching Aqua Zumba, stretching a little, and Zumba Toning, we decided to stay and play volleyball. So it was a late night getting home. The original recipe was going to take too long. So I combined 4 recipe ideas and ended up going into fry pan, then the air fryer after all. Blessedly I had it in the tofu press overnight.
