After a month and a half I finally got shiny charmander yay yippee!! I can finally play the game! Or.. up until cerulean city, then it's time to hunt Oddish for 1 million years 💔
I had a dream last night that I got the shiny charmander and that's why I started hunting today too, although it was a girl in the dream and I was kind of hoping it'd be female but I'm just glad to finally be done with this hunt so I can move on to the next :D
This was my first 1/8192 hunt and I think I went over odds a little too, so hopefully the others will be kinder to me TwT

okay so we all understand that sexual attraction doesn't always lead to sex. are we ready to consider that romantic attraction doesn't always lead to romance.
and i dont mean this in a "its for your own good we dont date" way, or a "they got turned down and are still friends" way, i mean it in a "there is romantic attraction present but the one experiencing it doesnt want to do anything with it" way. am i making sense. are you hearing the words im saying. it wont fucking kill you if you dont act on it. like obviously you should probably communicate it someday but you dont have to let it dictate you or consume you. its just a feeling.
Can I add that you don’t have to communicate it? If you need to personally, then by all means. But it’s also okay to just feel it as long as you feel it and then let it pass. Attraction comes in many flavors and sometimes it’s just something to feel inside yourself and that’s okay.
LITERALLY ME. I'll occasionally experiences crushes and want to date in theory, but in practice it just sounds miserable and unfun. so like the attraction is somewhat there but I don't want to do anything with it, so I just let it pass and enjoy what I do have, and for me that's great! Maybe someday I'll want to communicate those kinds of feelings, but for now I'm happier not to and that's perfectly fine :)
There is literally a sexaulity called lithromantic that most ppl don't know about. (I only figured it out cuz one of my friends was lithromantic and had to explain it to me) so yeah we really should be advocating for it more.

As a kid, when eating cheerios, fruit loops, reeses puffs, etc. When i got down to the last few I used to stir them around and see if they could make a picture
I'd eat any that weren't attached to the larger group or messed up a picture

Actually, what do you think would be the most popular pokemon in-universe? Because it definitely wouldn't pikachu? Outside of the context of it being the mascot of the franchise, its just another reigonal electric rodent in-universe
I think maybe eevee? Since it can evolve so much and is kind of a scientific anomaly with its super unstable dna-- or some pokemon used by popular people, but that'd differ from reigon to reigon- Like leon's Charizard, Iono's Bellibolt, Canari's Eelektrik, Cynthia's Garchomp, etc.
telling your online friends "wait there i'm coming" is funny regardless of the distance that you are from them. if they're within driving distance it has the humor of being a real possibility and if they're overseas it's funny because how are you getting there. especially if it's a limited time event. one of my personal favorites is saying i'm walking in their general direction

I drew some pokemon to give out at a card show today-
I'm going later today and kinda scared bc its my first one and im not the most into the tcg, but I like collecting the pokemon I enjoy so I've been doing research for the past two weeks on the cards of the pokemon I like, trying to study all the sets n stuff and writing down the cards I want to get so hopefully im at least a little prepared haha... But I made these just for fun at the last minute just to give out to people, I dunno how well my silly home made 'cards' will be taken because I've never been to a card show, but if its at least a little like a convention then I think it'll be ok :')

I didn't have to be so nervous bc everyone was so nice and almost all my preparation went out the window bc I was just talking with the vendors and looking through cards- but I managed to get some cards I was looking for and some common cards of pokemon I like :3

Is that grian lore doc fully canon? I'm just getting into grian stuff and I literally can't tell canon from fanon 0.o /genq /nm
It's fanon, though I like to follow what we have of canon as closely as I can
All we have of canon is at the end of Evo he's taken in to be a watcher (leaving it vague in case you/anyone wants to watch Evo to see how it happened)
and then the life series has nothing to do with/very little connection to Evo and its up to fans or individual creators to give it lore if they want. Like Martyn added watcher lore at the end of limited life and I think has been sprinkling in lore stuff since he's sort of taken up that, and scar seems to be doing his own thing with the sunflowers.
But grian is just sort of doing his own thing, he doesn't really seem to do any lore from what I can tell, but he's good at hiding it until the time is right so im not sure if we'll see something at the end of past life but I hope so!
But for the most part its just him playing Minecraft and the rest is all fanon lol
I also need to update the document, I don't think I've touched it since wild life... But writing makes me sleepy and I did all of that in one day when I was super fixated on grian/the life series TwT
