In the old Dungeons and Dragons show, considering as it later became canon in other media that the kids never returned home, how many carriages full of people did the theme park accidentally send into another dimension before someone realised that something was up?

Admittedly it's most likely that it just happened to be these six, I just think that it's funny that isekai'ing people is just what the ride does by accident, only it randomises which setting of module it sends the people too... mainly because it's funnier that way.

Like the show has people sent to a version of the Forgotten Realms, but others get sent to the City of Doors, others to the Spelljammer setting and so on. And the really unlikely ones get sent to Ravenloft.

There was at least one other person who got Isekaied to the realms: In the episode "The girl who dreamed tomorrow" the kids find another cart from the same dungeons and dragons ride, and a little girl and her dog were on it (And instead of a weapon like the main kids, the little girl got the ability of prophetic dreams).

I did a where I watch of the series recently on RPG.net (I haven't finished it, I still need to watch the final episode and Requiem, but I did cover the bulk of it).

As I understand it, both Elminster and Mordenkainen are multiversral travelers who have visited earth.

At least one minor deity in Greyhawk was an old west sheriff who got isekaied to Greyhawk and eventually ascended to minor deityhood.

Also the Egyptian and Mesopotamian gods, among others, exist and are worshiped on Faerun (The Egyptian Gods are also on Golarion. They get around).
