Lil stink at the vet for blood work!!
The difference in her behavior from her initial visit to her recheck is amazing!!! She's not even trying to hide, even though she just got poked for blood work!!!
SHE'S HEALTHY Y'ALL!!! 💖💖💖💖💖
Blood work came back perfect!! Exam was normal as well! Everyone at the office was so excited to see her, and the vet actually cheered when he was the results (I heard him from the exam room lol). The whole office was rooting for her, it was so sweet!!
The vet was so sweet and chill, be didn't even charge me for all the blood work that was re-ran. I was only charged for the auto cbc with differential even though he went back and did a manual count 😭 (her RBC's were reported slightly low by the machine just outside normal range. He wanted to be extra certain she was good, and she was!!)
I was able to afford prescription flea meds for her and her siblings because of it, which is amazing!! I'd much rather give them that than the Vetafarm Quantum tablets I have (when you're broke and have 7 cats to dose you order imported Australian flea and dewormer tablets...better than getting an infestation)
Thank you so much everyone who has been cheering on and supporting Mira through her health emergency!!! With her being fully cleared, she will be spayed and vaccinated next week on Tuesday along with her siblings!!! Her momma is still pregnant and is still scheduled for her vaccines and surgery on Monday! Keep your fingers crossed to see if she can hold out on going into labor for just another week!

Hiya! As a cat lover and fellow stray-taker-innerer I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the all the hard work you put into making sure those kittens were taken care of. From experience I know how draining this kind of thing can be (financially as well as emotionally and physically) and I just think the world would be a better place if more people were like you. I appreciate your kindness stranger, and I'm sure those animals will too for the rest of their lives. All the best for you ✨✨✨

I think people should choose to be kind more often. This work has too much hatred already. Kindness doesn't have to come in the form of monetary help or self sacrifices. Just considering the needs, worries, and wants of others can be enough! It takes very little effort to choose to be kind to someone :)
