Minishift or memory?

Once I was doing a guided method and while I was feeling so calm and as though I was shifting I got like a vivid memory in my head of me reading a book in my dr and seeing my curly hair like falling on the pages. It was crazy because I straighten my hair in this reality and in that one I have longer and more defined curls. I know it was from there and I always assumed it was a memory from what I did the night before. It might have been me actually shifting but it only stayed for a bit.

Awake methods are the best! I always get at least symptoms but like with asleep methods I either fall asleep and nothing happens or I just stay awake and want to sleep 😭
