it's a pretty funny idea where I don't have strict rules of the au … I tried to imagine a swap-au where zu is a human and the main character is an android, but for some reason I'm not very interested in that. so I'm focusing more on au where everyone is human. zu is an office worker in a rather serious company, has a steady job. but since childhood he is rather silent and more of an observing person, he looks as if he doesn't care about anything. also, I'm pretty sure you can say he has some signs of autism spectrum disorders...? I want to go deeper in this topic one day, gonna make some researches he has problems with understanding people, with defining the meaning of his life, the meaning of his work and everything in general - he just does what he needs to do. kindergarten - school - university - work, that's it, his goal is fulfilled, now he just goes to work and earns money without spending it anywhere. his apartment is very clean and half-empty. but aside the "what's the meaning in all of that" thing, he really likes to read various articles on any topic, from random fun facts to science, he likes to learn new things. in fact, in his head there are a lot of thoughts, a lot of questions, but his outer shell remains silent and passive. he has been friends with the MC for many years, and he considers their acquaintance as his second birth, because it is the MC who begins to bring some meaning to what surrounds Zu. (he's so excited about sending MC the new articles/info he found, just sends everything that he considers interesting. spams with everything he finds). slowly, he starts to feel that his life is much more bright, he finds new hobbies, new interests

in the au, where the MC is an android, Zu didn't create them. they would either be an official android or an illegal android, but not created by Zu

Zu as a person is not very affectionate... Unless it's you, then all bets are off. He's clingy as clingy can be, if he's not all up in your personal space then he's standing very close by. Zu's only recently learned what cuddling is, and now he cannot fathom a day, an hour, a moment without holding each other in some way at all time of the day. Needs your bodies enveloped in each other's warm embrace.

Zu is desperate for your touch, and he only grows needier if you deny him.

Gifts. Zu likes providing for you. From getting groceries, treats and other necessities to more extravagant gifts like buying you whatever passes you may want for events you want to attend. I also get the feeling that he would the type of person to buy you whatever you might show any interest in. Keep an eye on him lest you want him to buy you whatever your heart desires.

Zu is at his happiest - is when you're happy. He'd want to treat you to any sort of outing you've been wanting to go on. Only the two of you in your own little world, being close to one another, doing whatever you want, deeply in love.
