So ego death is freaking WILD.

It's different for different people. For me it's realizing how much society and myself personally are ruled by fear? I just balled and balled I'm so sick of being afraid all the time. Of society, of my own mortality, of the fate of us as a species.

But also acceptance of fear? It's ok to be afraid. Fear is part of being alive. And life is terrible and beautiful. Every facets of it should be cherished and celebrated. Even death can be beautiful. Part of life's beautify is that it's temporary.

Life is beautiful for its flaws, not despite them. As we chase perfection and efficiency we lose sight that our flaws define us just as much as our virtues.

Aside from the existential crisis there's this overwhelming feeling of…. dissolving into the world around you? Where does my head end and my pillow begin? It just feels like you're MELTING and you're totally at peace with it
