The only reason I could see Theo ever self-harming would be if he fucked up so badly and felt he royally disappointed Manny to the point he would never be in his good graces ever again.
Theo gets very very overwhelmed on a pretty regular basis but his touchpoint, the one person he grounds himself with is actually Manny.
So if that was taken from him and it was his fault, and Manny was freezing him out OR talking about getting rid of Theo and replacing him with another (he never actually would but just to scare him), that could send Theo spiraling to the point of self-harm for sure.
And that would show up with anything from refusing to eat to banging his head against the wall to get the overwhelming thoughts out to whipping himself across the back because he thinks maybe, just maybe, that's what Manny wants from him and how he can earn his way back.
That is very much not what Manny wants from Theo but, honestly, it would probably work lol Manny would gather Theo up in his arms and ask him what was he thinking and tend his wounds and he'd stop freezing him out. Theo would still be punished for hurting himself without permission but Manny would take it very seriously and make sure his boy was ok and wasn't going to hurt himself ever again.
Lou would be very angry, both at Theo and at Manny for being so soft with him. She's probably freeze out Manny in turn lol but he'd win his way back in no time! That man is charming as fuck and Lou really can't resist him even when she's trying to!
Manny doesn't let anyone else hurt Theo, you said... would a slap on the buttcheeks count? Does it depend on how strongly? Would hickeys and bites count?
How far exactly can the guests go ๐?
They like seeing Theo distressed, but is any amount of stress too pitying? Like, if the poor baby was feeling emotional one day and started sobbing because he doesn't want a stranger's hand on him. Would that do anything?
Or... the contrary? If he for some reason likes a guest. Maybe he is so sad and needy he cuddled against them, or maybe he is under something (aphrodisiac?) or just in the right day to melt against the hands, maybe he smiles too brightly to a guest who is funny or "kind". What would Manny and Lou reaction to it be?

So, yes, Manny does not like it if anyone hurts Theo, he's quite protective of him and would likely beat anyone to a pulp who tried.
A slap on the ass though...he might tolerate. He knows how tempting his boy is and he could excuse a little slap but he would send a warning glare their way and the person would very likely not try again. Manny can be quite scary and anyone who knows him really wouldn't cross him.
Little love bites and kisses are ok so long as Manny gave permission for Theo to be on that particular person's lap but nothing that would leave a mark. A hickey would honestly piss Manny off more than if the guest slipped a finger inside Theo lol
As for how far a guest can go, that wildly depends! Manny will always be there to stop anything he doesn't approve of and he likes to watch, so Theo is never fully alone with a guest.
(Honestly, if someone managed to get Theo alone and fuck him without Manny's permission, that man would not be leaving the property ๐ฌ)
He has let two of his friends actually fuck Theo as birthday/celebration presents but with very clear rules, they were not to hurt him in any way that would leave a mark and they were to make sure Theo came as well. Theo HATED it. He hates pain more than any of my other ocs but he would much rather be whipped by those men than be spread open and fucked. He belongs to Manny ๐ฅบ he doesn't want anyone else to use him like that.
All other guests that have gotten close were allowed to kiss him and touch him and dry humping on the bed, clothes were ripped off and fingers put in every hole, maybe a toy or two, but Manny stops it before anything else... those times are usually about watching Theo squirm. The guest is pretty irrelevant and it's usually someone Theo dislikes and is overly touchy. But Manny LOVES to watch Theo's eyes pleading silently to make them stop, to take him instead.

Theo distressed doesn't garner much sympathy from either of them, much to Theo's chagrin ๐ฅบ they do genuinely love to watch him try his best to navigate hands all over him he doesn't want. But there are days when Manny takes pity (never Lou, she hates it when Manny gives in to Theo!) but Manny will say that's enough and pull Theo into his arms and hold him until he's calmed down, he'll send him right back into the party though or maybe even into the same guest's lap, depending on the situation, but Theo feels seen and comforted and promises were whispered in his ear and Manny doesn't lie to him. So he can manage for a while longer.
Other times, Manny will watch him fully lose it and sob desperately in another man's arms with a sinister grin on his face. It very much depends on Manny's mood.
Theo does not get to like another guest.
That hasn't happened yet, he's very bonded to Manny, but there's no way Manny would tolerate that. It would absolutely enrage him to see Theo all shy and blushing and daring to flirt a bit with a guest, to see his eyes light up when they came into the room...nope, definitely not going to be allowed.
It's the only time I could imagine Manny being angry enough to let (or demand) a guest to hurt Theo actually ๐ฌ now that I think about it. It would be malicious and it would be revenge but I could see Manny stringing Theo up and demanding that guest belt Theo until he was screaming for it to stop. (Especially if the guest didn't want to.) Solely to ensure Theo never thought kindly of that man ever again. It wouldn't matter though, the guest would never be invited back. OR he would drag Theo away and pin him against the wall and tell him exactly who he belonged to, he might lock his cock in a cage as punishment until he was desperate and begging Manny to fuck him and let him come. OR he might withhold all his attention from Theo for days, weeks even, and act as if he isn't even in the room. That would probably be the worst for Theo. He would be so desperate for Manny to simply acknowledge him again and when he does, Theo would just melt in his arms and he'd weep against his chest that he was so very sorry.
