Gang, I'm gonna be so honest. I think I'm gonna block the connor storrie tag on here, not even necessarily because of him but because of the pure vitriol for Hudson that routinely pops up over there. The only reason I'm writing this is because I wanted to ask if anyone else feels similarly or if I'm overreacting. This isn't even my first fandom, when I was a tween I used to be involved with K-pop right around the Exo vs Bts thing and that could get extremely ugly too. I don't know why I feel so strongly about this, I really don't.

Sorry for rambling but I had real tears about this in my eyes a few minutes ago and that never ever happened to me before. That is parasocial as fuck right? I mean I know none of these people, it really shouldn't bother me this much!

One thing I want to add to this is that in december I was so happy to have found two actually talented actors, who are not even nepo babies, who reignited my interest in new media being produced. Before that I watched the same 8 series and films over and over again. I was so excited to be excited over something actually new. I just wish people would be normal. I wish people wouldn't put them on this weird pedestal or wish them death. I wish people would let them be human. This hurts because especially Hudson made such an effort to not be that aloof, distant type of celebrity and all he got was hatred. There you have this young man baring his soul and people started wishing him dead and still are. I just want genuine stories being told. I'm so upset.
