btw just putting it out there‐ unless there are suddenly massive strides made in switch 2 emulation by the time splatoon raiders comes out, im not gonna be able to provide any freecam screenshots of the game. hell, i dont think people are even able to hack the switch 2 at the moment, let alone develop mods for it
i dont even have a switch 2 at the moment, though ill unfortunately need to be getting one because i do really want to play raiders. that said, ill be happy to provide screenshots of interesting or obscure stuff from the game, it just wont be any more advanced than what anybody else could provide

man does anybody have good pictures (or, like, pictures At All) of the rival octolings' re-skinned hero weapons in octo canyon? like, aside from the octo shot, they've got re-colored versions of the hero weapons, but nobody either knows or really cares(?) but i just think about it sometimes. i think the sanitized octolings in the metro use them too (dunno about the fuzzy ones though). like here for comparison
like u see what i mean theyre red. as opposed to the regular hero weapons:
which are different colors but otherwise identical yknow! anyway i have more pictures of the hero weapons but no such luck with these other versions (i don't know what else to call them other than "villain weapons" which sounds mean. maybe "antihero weapons" IDK) 😞
all this to say: if you got pics of them i would like to see :]

i should be....... ive mostly been inactive due to yuzu seemingly getting less and less stable every time i try to use it </3 its horrifically laggy and takes like 10 minutes to even launch the game so you can imagine how frustrating this gets 😭
i still have some requests in my inbox that weigh on my conscience every time i get any notes on this blog, but i WILL answer them at some point. assuming my computer doesnt burst into flames the next time i try to boot up yuzu

thats... a good question! to my knowledge, there arent and depicted in the game, nor are there any sort of references to them. haikara walker covers i think all of the toys shown in the background of octo expansion, if thats at all helpful!

Yo! Do you happen to have any interesting shots of the trains/train stations? Especially the one at the beginning of Sploon 3, I'd love to get a good look at it. (Are those flying rectangles in some Alterna levels meant to be trains? I can't tell.)
