Everyone seemed to be on edge from the moment it had been revealed they were trapped. Freyja understood that, no one wanted to have their freedom taken away. She missed her phone, WiFi, everything that she loved that way. Though the redhead had been reading a lot more. Sure she hadn’t wanted to go in the first place (that would teach her for listening to her sister) but now she had to make the most of what was happening. Or try to. Looking around she broke out into a cheeky grin, “You know, has anyone actually tried checking out this whole place? And by that I mean sneaking in somewhere?”

Maisie had never taken well to being stuck anywhere. When she was locked outside she wanted to be inside and vise versa. Maybe it wasn’t the best way for a princess to be, especially one who would take over but from what she’d heard her mother had been the same way. Besides, if she got bad enough they always had two other heirs they could claim was the oldest. That morning she’d needed some time, making her way to the gym and pulling on some boxing gloves. She’d been going for almost an hour when she heard the door open and someone come in. “I’m almost done with this if you’re wanting it.”

Ruby had her small body curled up; knees to chest and arms wrapped tightly around. Sitting on the bank of one of the shore lines she sighed. Recently this whole being trapped in the same place thing was making the poor girl exhausted. Her nightmares at an all time high and the stress of it all was causeing the ruby she tried to hide to filter through and be shown, just a scared little girl. Sighing she looked up at anyone close to her and shook her head.

“Go to the party, they said. It’ll be fun, they said,” Lumi mumbled to herself as she wandered around the grounds. From what she had been told, or rather overheard two others talking, there was an entire barrier around the whole island. “What a way to make sure no one ever forgot an event at your place,” she mused to herself. Once she was outside in the fresh air, Lumi found herself a stone bench to sit down on. Maybe she would be able to figure out a way to get around this whole dilemma. All she had to do was think rationally and not let it get to her head. Yeah, she could do this. @spelledrb​

Juniper had been attempting to bide her time in the castle, seeking new ways for her to be useful but not lose her mind from utter boredom. The garden had become her latest project. She always kept small stashes of different colored pixie dust on hand, in case of emergencies, and now seemed like the best time to make use of it. As she temporarily gave herself the garden talent, the raven-haired girl took notice of the person nearby. “Do you think a color palette’s necessary to spruce this place up?” // @spelledrb​

Where on earth could that book be? She’d returned to her room late in the evening the night before and had thought she’d left it on the table by the bed, and now it was nowhere to be found. Venturing outside, she caught sight of it on a table that looked identical to the one in her room. “Am I losing my mind? Or was that table not there before?” But sure enough–there lay her book right on top. “Unless I was sleep walking…” At this point she was also speaking to herself which really wasn’t normal behaviour for her.

“Ugh. I’m bored.” The small girl groaned, yawning a bit as she watched the people pass by, shaking her head. “I think we got stuck in the wrong castle? Everyone here seems to be all boring and whiny. Where’s all my fellow partiers, the ones who know how to have an adventure no matter what.?!”

Mei woke up every day at 6am, a habit not shared by many people here clearly. But the peace was a welcome reprieve from the constant chatter usually filtering through these grand halls this past couple of weeks. It was 9 and she’d already done yoga on the beach, filled in her (rather empty) planner and drafted several posts for her instagram. Not that she could post them, the blasted magic wall around the castle and all. But they’d be there when they got out of this mess, because surely someone could figure it out. Someone else.

Frost didn’t really like the idea of being stuck in a castle, he was an outside kind of guy. He liked to be under a tree, watching the beautiful weather and reading a book for hours on end. However, being in this castle was going to drive him to stir crazy if he let him, so here he was, in a corner of the room reading his book and trying to imagine himself being outside and under a tree. “Sorry, I’m trying to imagine I am o-outside.” He admitted when he noticed someone blocking his light. “Being stuck in here is kind of affecting my mental h-health.”

While the castle had certainly improved in appearance since the little ‘quake’, it amused Levi to no end how people still skirted around corners, too busy cleaning or looking far too apprehensive about what was coming to actually have any fun. “Jesus, you’d think someone died with the faces round here.” He’d even heard about a little party held after hours, but that had ended in a mess too. “Contrary to what it looks like…I’m actually really busy right now. So what did you want?” Except Jade wasn’t busy…at all, and anyone could tell but she was hoping that no one chose to argue with her at this point because she’d just about had it with the people around this place.
