#frosty

In Sunrise, Frosty is mentioned by Jingo as being one of the cats banded together by Sol to fight the dogs. They are mentioned as being gruesomely torn to shreds by the dogs.

So this oc wasn't planned at all but after I made this one doodle with my sona an idea sparked and here we are

So this is the doodle

I simply combined Ivulka with Sebastian Solace and I just liked the concept of a fluffy noodle ice dragon and so I turned it into an oc. I originally wanted to included them in Pressure but I no longer want that...

Anyway some lore

Frosty is their official code name but their nickname Jacky is more frequently used by staff as a reference to "Jack Frost"

They used to wear an electric collar but due to constant freezing damage and regular replacement they no longer wear it but staff are now obligated to carry an electric whip/rod in case of self defence or to keep Jacky away if they get too close because they're just way too curious about things but just scolding them is enough for them to back up Since they're not aggressive and mean no harm but their passive freezing makes them dangerous if they touch someone they can accidentally harm or even kill someone as how it was previously belived that they attacked a staff member and coused frostbites and they were punished for it. Later it was discovered that they're freezing ability is rather passive and they didn't intent to harm that person but the damage was done and now they're very anxious about their "condition" They are very touch starved yet they're afraid of touching since touching causes harm to others and to them as well since they get punishe for it. They're not allowed to touch people

So they spend the entire time in their specialized room that is connected to other rooms that serve as big freezers/fridges and only certain staff members have acces to Jacky's room who come to provide some enrichment like various puzzles or they can play board games with Jacky since they can't just be locked there and do nothing. On occasions other staff members can enter Jacky's room after granted permission

Jacky wasn't meant to be a living freezer. Researchers tried to combine various draconic creatures to create something that would be easier to control than the dragons themselves and potentially used as a weapon/soldier but Jacky's abilities weren't fitting for it so they were repurposed...
