I know I probably wonât get any help but im on the verge of being homeless. After losing my job due to my mental health issues I moved back into my parents. They are both very homophobic an abusive. I have a surgery coming up so I wonât be working for awhile. Iâm going to be moving in with my sister but I wonât be able to till sometime within the next 2 weeks. My plan is to stay in a cheap motel til then. I need to have the money by Saturday october 14th. Please help in anyway you can. I was arrested and charged with a class d felony (non-violent first offense), the cop who arrested me took one of the pills out of my pocket, then he took me to the bathroom and told me to pee, I said I didnât have to, and then he said Iâd rather piss here than at booking, and then he stared at my dick for three minutes, then he asked me if I was pee shy and then if I was getting hard, and then gave me one of the pills out of my pocket and told me that âthis didnât happenâ and that âone less pill meant less prison time for meâ and he didnât report the pill on my arrest sheet
The cop told me to lie about having epilepsy because he didnât feel like taking me to the hospital to receive my lamatrogine, but I did, so as punishment he locked me in the back of the paddy wagon handcuffed for five hours.
The ADA requested $5000 bail, but the judge said that was ridiculous and he released me without bail, and I have a court date in two weeks. One man who went before me was arrested for beating his girlfriend, the ADA requested $500 bail for him and a stay of protection for her.

The charges are criminal possession and intent to distribute, even though the pills I had on my person were prescribed to me, they were in a sandwich bag and not the âproper containerâ I face 1-7 years in prison if the charges arenât plead out lower.

i donât know if people outside of brazil are aware of this, but our country just decriminalized gay conversion therapy. basically, it is now 100% legal for therapists to treat homosexuality as a disease if they want to.
