Dreadlocks are literally just the result of matted unkempt hair that we now make into a hair style. There is a reason most hair donation charities and companies won’t take dreads. It happens to animals too. In fact many poor people in Europe ended up with dreads. It only became popularized as a black hairstyle in the US due to the rastafarian movement. So just because you only recognize a hair style from one group of people does not mean they made up that hairstyle, nor does does it mean that only they can wear it. They had their own reasons for wearing them just like everyone else. People were wearing dreads long before them and will continue to wear them.

Mother of Navy Vet Shot at 30 Times by Police Begs For Justice

This video was posted by the mother of India Kager, who was shot 30 times by the police. One more unheard story of a black woman executed by the police for nothing. Moreover, for a really long time Mass Media didn’t have any information about this case. 

In September  India Kager, a 27-year-old Navy veteran from College Park, Maryland, was sitting with her boyfriend and 4-month-old son, Roman.

Perry was a “person of interest” in a  homicide, according to the police. They additionally claim that they had “confidential information” that he “was going to” commit a “violent crime.” But that’s about all they’re willing to say at this time to justify the incident.

Kager had nothing to do with her boyfriends crimes – past or future.

However,  officers began firing rounds that killed both Perry and Kager, indiscriminately. The baby, however, managed to survive – no thanks to the police who sprayed bullets wildly a the car.

Police didn’t explain anything and no justice for her daughter happened, so she is begging for it.

Virginia Beach, Va. - Virginia Beach Police Chief Jim Cervera has released the ballistics results from an officer-involved shooting in September that left two people dead.

Angelo Perry, 35, and India Kager, 28, were shot and killed by police on the night of September 5th.

Virginia Beach Police say Perry and Kager were inside a car parked at the 7-Eleven located at Lynnhaven Parkway and Salem Road.

As officers approached the vehicle, Perry reportedly fired at officers from inside the vehicle. Officers returned fire, killing both Perry and Kager.

The couple’s 4-month-old son was also in the vehicle but was unharmed.

Two guns were recovered from Perry’s vehicle after the shooting – a Kel-Tec and Tec-9.

Chief Cervera said that after the shooting, the ballistics investigation revealed that the guns recovered from Perry were used in four violent crimes within several months, including two homicides.

“Within a series of 26 days these weapons were used to shoot five individuals, killing two of them, and 14 days later, the same weapon was used by Mr. Perry to shoot at our police officers,” said Cervera.

Here’s a timeline of events leading up to the shooting that involved the recovered guns:

June 13, 2015 - An armed robbery was reported in a parking lot on Malibu Palms Drive. The victim was in a vehicle and robbed at gunpoint. Police say a Kel-Tec firearm was stolen.

July 27, 2015 - A victim was shot with a Kel-Tec while walking toward a basketball court on Arthur Avenue (in the Pecan Gardens Townhomes.)

August 11, 2015 - Guy Cuffee, 42, was found shot to death on Wentworth Drive. Cuffee had been waiting to pick up his daughter and take her to work. Investigators now say he was shot by the same Kel-Tec found in Perry’s vehicle.

August 17, 2015 - Two people were injured during a violent home invasion robbery in the 5600 block of Baker Court. One victim was shot in the face and the other was pistol-whipped. Police say both the Kel-Tec and Tec-9 recovered in Perry’s vehicle were used.

August 22, 2015 - Devontai Snowden, 22, was found shot to death in the parking lot of Atlantis Apartments. Ballistics testing again revealed that the Kel-Tec and Tec-9 found in Perry’s vehicle matched the homicide.

Police say they have not closed the cases just yet.  They are still looking for a second suspect in two of the cases.

This guy had just gone on a month long shooting & robbing spree, he was highly dangerous, & HE FUCKING SHOT AT THE POLICE.

What the Hell did anyone expect to happen? That they were going to politely ask Perry & India to please exit the vehicle as he lobbed bullets at them?

Police step out of line all the time, but this one was clearly either a mistake or the accidental shooting of an until now unknown accomplice. Stop trying to portray this as if the police were just taking a stroll towards 7-11 to get some donuts & then decided they would just shoot up a car for the Hell of it.
