What might Rukia ever be contemplating still , at what's supposed to be one of , if not the ' happiest ' moment of her life ? ( Which , Yhwach didn't even return for , even though he said he would - what exactly then should we infer from all this ? )
Have you ever seen an enchanting yet disenchanted ; downcast bride at her ' happy ' wedding ?
If your ship gets wedded - would you have ever expected to be presented with such an angsty visual like this ?
Really , why did Kubo draw Rukia this way ? What was he thinking ? Because , it serves as the cover art as well for the novel , and so it's the very first thing one sees - also , it's a bit uncustomary for a wedding novel to exclude the groom from the cover - and so , what exactly is supposed to give anybody the impression of ' one true love ' ; ' a happy new beginning ' , etc. ? ( Ha , not that I'm actually complaining here or anything - in fact , I love this , as RR will never be my ship - and so I do admittedly enjoy observing all the mental gymnastics they'd need to go through , just to find even a speck of sense , for their Shounen slop skeleton ship )
Plus , the high chance that this shot of Rukia in particular , might've indeed been Ichigo's POV of his White Moon as he snapped her photo ...
