@costumebleh! Hello and happy Author’s Appreciation Day! I have a lot I could say, but I don’t want to ramble too long, so I’ll just get right into it! Reading your stuff has always made me happy. I first discovered your work through “Postcards and Bad Decisions”, which I absolutely love still. I still go back and reread it pretty often lol. And then I discovered “Seethrough” and I love that one as well! I love the way you characterize everyone and how sweet and interesting all the interactions are. I love how sweet and interesting YOU are! You’re always so fun to interact with and seeing your posts, even if they’re not Undertale related, never fails to put a smile on my face! I’m really glad I found your work again. And honestly reading Seethrough which had such a unique and sort of mystical concept inspired me to write some of my own mythical weirdness, so I totally owe that to you!! I feel like I haven’t accurately expressed how I feel about your work, but I don’t have anything better than just screaming at you, so I apologize for that! ^.^; I’m so excited to see what else you do and how everything develops and wraps up, and I know it’ll be amazing whatever it is! @thelazyhermits! HAPPY AUTHOR’S APPRECIATION DAY!! I found The Glitch for the first time when it was only a chapter long and I really really liked it, and so was sad that there wasn’t more. So imagine my surprise when I’m surfing the depths of AO3 and I find you again?? And you have over twenty chapters?? I was so happy and binge-read the whole thing that night. I adore your story with every fiber of my being! I love all the happy moments and the cuddles and the flustering, but I also love the little bits of angst, and lemme tell ya, I almost cried when Blue and Paps died, that chapter wrecked me- And just getting to be with you as you finish this journey and seeing Gli grow and seeing you get love and attention that you TOTALLY DESERVE has been amazing. And getting to be there for the Chrome arc, and the birth of Actortale and all her family, and our very own star Sleepy lol has been so cool. I’ve grown so much confidence interacting with you. You’re an amazing person and I admire you so much. I hope you have an amazing day and get all the love you deserve. <3
@skelezbian! Where do I even start? Finding BPC was huge for me. I love the Horrortale world, but I can never really find stories for it that. Aren’t weird or abusive or just all around freak me out. I love the way you characterize the boys and seeing them grow more affectionate towards the reader and grow confidence has been wonderful! It’s so sweet the way they care about each other- and that goes for all the brothers! I love the way you write Black and Mutt and how you write Blue and all the little details into everyone’s past and their lives at the Lodge AND I AM ESPECIALLY EAGER TO SEE HOW READER INTERACTS WITH SANS EVENTUALLY. I’m so stoked for that cuz I know it’s gonna be good. I’m excited for so much about this story, and I just wanted to say that your style and method of humor is wonderful! I’m constantly giggling through the funny parts, hurting through the sad ones, and on edge when something bad comes up. You have an amazing writing style and I’m so glad I got to read it. @cracking-the-mind! Hello my dear, I hope that Author’s Appreciation day finds you well! I adore ESOM with every fiber of my being! I love that you’re writing for less loved characters like Dream and Beast, it just makes me happy to see them getting some love! And I love the way you characterize them, they all just have such a fun and interesting dynamic with one another. I get all giddy whenever we get a glimpse of the reader’s past, and I’ve been desperately trying to piece it together but I think I’m missing something obvious lol. This is such a fun story to me, and I’m super glad that you decided to write it! Ahhhh I’m not articulating myself well enough to show you how much I love this story but dang it I really do. Because I really, truly do. Your chapters are always so lighthearted and fun and I can’t help but laugh at all the shenanigans the skeles- and the girls- get up to. And your E:BD au is such a cool idea and I’m excited to see if you do more with it!! Your characterizations of everyone is so unique and interesting, I really love reading your interpretations of the Fell verses especially! @me-and-my-gaster! I cannot believe how far your story has come. It’s been an absolute delight to go on this journey and see everyone grow and change and form bonds. And I love your story in general! I love how it can be so silly and so serious and so touching all at once! I love that it doesn’t just focus on Edge and the reader; we see him interacting with other humans and other monsters and all of his brothers and his cat- it’s just really cool to me. I love the “list of buckets” and how Edge totally got in on it and I really enjoy all of the little in-character interactions you host on the Thunderstruck blog. They’re so cute and funny and occasionally sad and eye-opening, and I just absolutely adore it! You’ve got an incredible story and an incredible style and I’m just really glad that I found it.
