Heavy for a sniper rifle, the Black Widow's firepower more than compensates for its encumbrance. M-7 Lancer assault rifle The M7-Lancer is a rare collector's item that was introduced shortly after the First Contact War. The Lancer has been refurbished by an unknown master weaponsmith, and it now uses the higher velocity rounds of today's weaponry. It does not need heat sinks, instead utilizing weapon heat-generation from an earlier era. Few of these finely crafted weapons are in existence. Powers 1. Adrenaline Rush Be the fastest fighter on the battlefield. Slow down combat, allowing time to line up the perfect shot. More weapon damage. Instantly reloads your equipped weapon. Cannot be used in tandem with Marksman. 2. Marksman Boost weapon accuracy and firing rate for a short time. Instantly reloads your current weapon. Cannot be used in tandem with Adrenaline Rush. 3. Concussive Shot Ruby flattens and knocks back her enemy with a precise blast at short or long range. Effective against barriers. 4. Frag Grenade Ruby rips her enemies apart with this shrapnel-packed grenade. 5. Silver Strike.  A devastating charge attack. Ruby dashes forward, manifesting her Omni-Scythe to deliver a wide, cleaving melee strike that hits all enemies in her path. 6. Scythe Parry  Ruby briefly manifests her Omni-Scythe and spins it rapidly, creating a defensive field that deflects all incoming ranged attacks and explosives for a short duration. Cannot block biotic or tech attacks. (Those last two powers original ideas by the commissioner)
