Just laying down for 5 minutes, with two breath holds. At the beginning I was trying to be calm but I got a little nervous and it was beating a little bit fast. There's some light skips after the breatholds.

I didn't even go into the pool yet and I excused myself for a moment because I felt like my heart was being visible and wanted to check if I was right... I shied away and waited until they all got in the pool so I could also directly go in. It wasn't as visible,, but still.

LAST ONE is the most irregular after the breath hold. It was a very unexpected reaction, it's very rare it did that, so I was lucky to catch that, it was very unexpected. Sorry for the quality 😅

One from some months ago that I did have the time to post. A bunch of ventricular tachicardias and visible heartbeats. It didn't hurt, but I felt dizzy. Yet it's okay I stoped but when I did.

I managed to record video and audio of my visible heartbeat while pressure. It went into ventricular tachicardia about three times I think.

(the only reason i don't do many pressure videos is because it's difficult to get a clear audio, since i have to hold the stehtoscope with my own hand and that interfeers on how i apply pressure. But it's very easy for me to get this reactions, the only thing interfeering is the audio not being catched well)

After two little pushes, it seemed to have very randomly triggered a long series of skips. It was pretty unexpected, though it only lasted the same time as this video does. I attempted to make it happen again but it didn't, so it seems it was a temporal confusion (the popper bottle also finished on this video : /, so I can't do more woth it for a long while)

And at the same time, also is the first time I hear this strange… whistle? Or high pitched noise? I understand it’s forced beating but I still didn’t expect it

I joined it yesterday when I found out about it, but I thought it would be useful for everyone to know too in case someone was also aware of the shut down.

Here I was only sitting down, trying to eat. But I could feel it too clear against my chest and shirt, so I wanted to take a look. I wasn't flexing or anything, I was even a little bit hunched to not force it.

This one is kind of old, but i haven't posted in a long time and I think i will upload things I didn't yet that i find in my folder. I was a little stressed here because i didn't want to be caught, but i was feeling my heart pounding and wanted to check. It was way more visible irl, my camera and the lighting didn't make me much of a favor haha.

My heart felt a little odd this day, so I decided to try to do a breath hold, after that my heart went out of rhythm in a very irregular way, with fibrillation two times.
