my grandma told me something yesterday that pretty much changed my outlook on life. we were having dinner and talking about my future, and how all of my friends seem to be doing so much better than i am, and she looked at me and said “hey, if we all had the same path in life the road would be too crowded” and i haven’t stopped thinking about that since.

Imagine being able to detach your titties before bed.. so you could actually sleep on your stomach. Lol

melatonin is really bad for you and messes up your sleep schedule if you take it repeatedly, just thought i’d let you guys know

Melatonin is something your body NATURALLY PRODUCES and when you hit your twenties your body stops producing enough of it, so they suggest taking the VERY SMALL DOSES made to supplement your body’s ability to fall asleep naturally. Maybe it messes with your sleep schedule if you take it at the wrong times or take too much, but that’s user error and generally avoided by being stupid. All taking it repeatedly does is build up your tolerance so it’s not as effective, and this is avoided by not taking it absolutely every night and is only seen occasionally if you do take it every night. It smells and sounds like spring 

Not to romanticize on main but there is really something healing about sitting in front of an open window listening to birds and wind chimes and enjoying a natural breeze. It’s like the world is telling you breath 

“you had no childhood if you didn’t watch that movie!” I start to feel it. my memory is fading. I have forgotten the day I learned to ride a bike. I forget my first day of kindergarden. It has happened. I had no childhood
