Could you cover for me? I realize that I would you owe a ton of hours and we practically work almost the same hours, but I don’t want to be touched by anyone or dance for anyone at the moment and I can’t, be at the club at the moment. Being at the flower shop, is kinda tolerable, but its hard.

Well I just don’t know if it’s really such a good job for me, you know? I should do some going more like cleaning or cooking. Though I can’t really cook. I don’t think. I don’t exactly remember. But I think I good make a good house wife!

You’re such a nice girl. I really am grateful for everything you’ve done for me so far. I wish I could pay it back to you besides cleaning. But I’ll get a job too! I think I was studying to be a doctor but that’s not really a good job for me anymore.

I might need to get that in writing because a lot of people wouldn’t believe you. I am sure you would do the same for another person though. You are the kindest person....or you seem like that. Well why give up on that? It was...must have been very important to you. You can pick up another job but don’t give up on that. 

Bree, I don’t know if that’s the best advice to be giving out. It sounds like it could lead to some mistakes and regrets, rather than fulfillment – which of course, I’m not judging but I don’t know if that’s really what people want. But there should be a healthy balance of indulgences and bettering yourself.

How is work going, by the way? Did you get a lot of bonuses over the holidays? And how have you been?

Normally mistakes and regrets lead to more money in my wallet. So...I don’t see anything bad about that. If people are going to spend their time breaking rules, I much rather get a benefit from it. But sure, yeah we can say that people need to have a balance. 

Work has been as good as it can be. Nothing...too eventful. I mean I got some more money from customers, no bonuses though. But other than that it was alright. I got to sleep in on Christmas. How about you? 

You’re not wrong about that. I’ve always been more of a look back on the year rather than planning for what’s to come, yet it’s nice to know you’d find it cute if I did make a resolution. Well, there’s beautiful, intelligent, stunning, badass, talented, confident, funny. I could keep going if you want me to. See, a lot of people say that but I promise it’s not pretty at all.

I prefer to live in the moment. The past doesn’t deserve my energy. Well look at you overflowing with compliments. I like it. It makes me wonder what else you could be good at. It isn’t pretty in my mind either. But deep down there must be some good ideas. 

It’s not so bad. I mean…it’s not good either but there are worse things and I’m really blessed that I made a new friend who gave me a place to stay and sort things out. I do feel weird sleeping in your bed though. I really haven’t earned that.

A new friend...yes. I mean, it is the least I could do for someone who seemed lost. With how kind you were...I would rather you be in good hands. Haven’t earned that? Well you have in my book, so you have nothing to worry about.

Mad? You know I could never be mad at you. I just want to help you, I want to make things easy for you. I cant imagine how... overwhelming everything is. 

That doesn’t sound practical at all. If everyone just gave in to their desires and indulged, then it would be a town of selfish chaos. Basically anarchy in the streets without any law or order. I think better advice would be to suggest people set realistic goals as their resolutions.

Isn’t that what this town already is? If everyone, or at least more of the people are selfish and causing chaos, some people might as well start benefit from it. Of course that would be the better advice, but god knows they wouldn’t take it from me. You? Maybe. 

Someone with a dose of rational advice and honesty, how refreshing. If I have to hear one more person talk about how they are going to make their life better – poor naive children who don’t realize if it hasn’t happened yet, it’s never going to happen – I might have to invest some of my money in buying them all a clue. And the Devil in me always here for people encouraging others to indulge in their desires. Though, sadly, you won’t see my handsome face around that often since I’m having to backburner my indulgences.

How about you put that money of yours and give it to the ones with common sense? That sounds a worlds better to me. Reward good activity, don’t encourage the stupidity. They are a lost cause at this point, we both know that. The fun side you mean? What better time to let that shine than the new year?  That is truly a pity, I am sure you and your wallet will be missed. If you manage to change your mind I am sure you would know how to find your way back. 

Honestly, I have no idea because I am pretty sure in this case I would be the lucky one. 

You sure as hell will be. Anyone who gets to experience me on stage is lucky. Although I think nothing else can compare to when someone can get a personal dance from me. 

I’m all for growth and self-love, but that is sad. It gets less cute when it’s the ones making them every year just to fall through a week later. It takes one to know one and pretty would be only one of the many words to describe you. Though I have to warn you that flattery will get you almost anywhere with me, so use it wisely.

I think the situations of this being any shred of cute is slim to one. I would be able to possibly deal with it with gorgeous people like yourself. But others? Hell no. Oh really? Well what other words would you use to describe me? I would love to know what’s on your mind. Flattery is one of my many talents, I can’t wait to see what it could get me. 

Are people still making resolutions? I thought that trend died once everyone starting jumping on the “new year, same me” train. Indulging myself is one of my favorite pastimes, so I hope you’re looking forward to seeing this face while you’re on the clock.

Hell yeah they are, people will make any lame excuse to feel better about themselves. Its honestly sort of cute how pathetic they are. But hey, it brings me in more money so I can’t complain. A pretty woman like you? Of course I’ll look forward to seeing you.
