You will remain depressed for the rest of your existence if you don’t learn to take some ownership over your life. Sometimes you do have to take calculated risks, say no and stand up to someone/something that bothers you, make the changes YOU want to see for YOUR life without requiring for external approval to do it. You cannot enjoy your life if you are dormant about your own success or commitment to happiness.
