Sour-peppermints

I think I may be getting art block. Either that or Pierrot is just significantly harder for me to draw than Harlequin. These are simple-ish sketches I did today to try and find an easier, simpler art style for the comics i wanna make, featuring the OC I made for the insert. The comics will probably be mostly greyscale, but with a pop of color for certain characters features.

I may have to practice drawing humans again before I actually get to work on the comics, because I‘m having a super hard time with human faces. They always look very anime-ish to me. More sketches will follow!

The aftermath, no mask version. It looks very lazy, and I guess it is, but I am bad at speculating and couldn't come up with anything that would fit. Funnily enough, Procreate froze and crashed like 20 times over the maybe 30 minutes I spent editing the drawing. Maybe because he has 18 layers that have quite the high pixel count. My old ass tablet probably couldn't handle that.

Now I wonder, who should I draw next? I'm unemployed again so I have way too much free time. I could do comissions? Try to at least. If anyone would be interested in that feel free to leave a comment or message me.

Man, I can't wait for the next update of the game. I've become kind of obsessed with it, because I have done around 15 playthroughs over the past few days. I think I have gotten all endings already. Found every hidden detail. Every time I have a really hard time rejecting this man. Something inside me just urges to give him the affection he needs. I can't reject Pierrot either. I just feel so guilty when he makes a sad face. So I always do multiple playthroughs to make sure both get my full attention one at a time XD

I plan on doing comics with these characters as well at some point. If the hyperfixation stays, you will see a lot of tfc content from me in the future.

The aftermath.

This took me... 3-ish days? From sketch to finished. It has so many layers that procreate kept lagging on me haha. I have no clue if the folds and shadows are 100% correct, but I think I improved a lot when it comes to light and depth depiction!

Also my first time making fanart for this game! I'd say I like both Harlequin and Pierrot equally, so I'll defnitely draw Pierrot next. But of course the green one goes first cause I thought of this really fun idea of depicting the aftermath of being stabbed 5 times. I had him put his mask back on because I felt like drawing it, but I plan on making a second ,Mask off' version and maybe a mini animation of the pupils moving as well. Depends on if i can figure out animation in Procreate though. I also just realised that the light makes the tent stripes look pink and white instead of black and pink. But it's 4 am. I'll fix it in the mask off version 🫠

I'm aware that this page doesn't have a lot of people interested in it, since I post mostly random stuff. But I wanted to be honest with those that have found their way here. For everyone who joined after that last drawing, you'll be pleased to hear that I plan on doing more horror based drawings from now on.
