I'm tired of consuming, I want to be creating

I've been a subscriber of dan and phil for god knows how long but i was always simply a casual viewer. I think this most recent video (and many of the recent videos tbf) just hit something deeply personal for me and I've been sitting on this feeling all day. It's like a feeling of being seen without ever opening the curtains (or closet door? so many possible metaphors). When another speaks of experiences that are parallel to your own, there's a certain existential reassurance I get, as I'm sure others do. "It's so relatable!" But actually. It somehow blows my mind every time that other people go through something and them talking about it unlocks a whole new option in my brain: that I'm not alone. Human experiences are both so individually specific and yet strangely similar, and in a world with so many humans there's bound to be overlap. Seeing two people at peace with all they've had to deal with gives me so much hope. I'm just ranting but I am genuinely grateful for dan and phil's ability to be candid and open so that people like me can, in turn, gain a bit more courage in our own lives to be unabashedly ourselves in all facets.
