*Witnesses Kano reaching out for her heart again

*Feels Kano's hand infiltrating her chest

Kitana: AGGGHHH!!!

*Realizes that the hand is now firmly grasping her pounding heart alive inside her chest cavity

Kitana: Huff.. Huff.. Huff..

*Feels a slight pull from inside her most vital organ

Kitana: Huck...!

*Feels the pull getting stronger and more painful

Kitana: Ugghh..!!!!

*Feels inexplicable, sheer agony as Kano further pulls her heart outward

Kitana: UGGHH!!!

*Witnesses her own beating heart, her most important organ now pumping in Kano's hand instead of remaining inside of her chest cavity.

Kitana: NO..!!

*Feels her heart getting violently pulled out of her chest as its veins and arteries snap off

Kitana: AAHHH!!

*Screams in sheer agony and hopelessness as she feels her heart fully extracted from its righteous place within her breast, now letting the cold air swarm into her insides
