my bf hates me

Holaaa, hace poco volví de mi pueblo, donde fui a pasar las fiestas y las vacaciones. Volví a la ciudad y no voy a negar que me sentía un poco más triste de lo normal. Aunque acá ya no estoy sola como antes, porque ahora tengo a mi compañera de piso, no podía evitar sentirme triste :(

También se venía el 14 de febrero y el pensamiento de pasar mi primer Día de los Enamorados en pareja, pero a 8 horas de distancia de mi novio, me ponía muy triste. SUMÁNDOLE que el 15 de febrero es su cumpleaños… estaba genuinamente al borde de la locura. Por suerte, a mi novio le dieron libre esas fechas y pudo venir a visitarme :3

La pasé muy bien: comimos cosas ricas y fuimos a lugares lindos. Lo malo es que en dos días tengo un examen final y no estudié mucho. Si tengo suerte, lo cambian de fecha porque no va a funcionar el transporte público. De ser así, llego súper bien; si no, igual me voy a presentar a ver qué onda. Capaz tengo suerte.

Hiii, I recently came back from my hometown, where I spent the holidays and my vacation. I came back to the city and I won’t lie — I was feeling a little sadder than usual. Even though I’m not alone here anymore because I now have my roommate, I couldn’t help feeling a bit down :(

Valentine’s Day was also coming up, and the thought of spending my first Valentine’s Day in a relationship but 8 hours away from my boyfriend was making me really sad. PLUS, February 15th is his birthday… I was genuinely on the verge of losing it. Luckily, he got those days off and was able to come visit me :3

I had such a good time — we ate delicious food and went to cute places. The bad part is that I have a final exam in two days and I haven’t studied much. If I’m lucky, they might reschedule it because public transportation won’t be working. If that happens, I’ll be perfectly fine; if not, I’ll still show up and see what happens. Maybe I’ll get lucky.

I haven’t studied much for the rest of this week, but I think I have a good excuse: I’m moving out.

I’m leaving the student residence where I’ve been living and renting an apartment with a friend. These past few days I packed some things into boxes and brought almost all my clothes (I WANT TO DIE BECAUSE THE CLOSET HERE IS MUCH SMALLER, but oh well… I’ll have to keep some clothes in boxes under the bed).

The truth is that this new stage scares me a bit. What if my friend and I end up fighting? It’s not that we get along badly or anything; it’s just that living together isn’t easy, and maybe with time we might end up not getting along. Either way, I’m trying not to think too much about it.

I hope everything goes well and that I do well on my upcoming exams.

Lo que queda de esta semana no estudié mucho, pero creo tener una buena excusa: me estoy mudando.

Voy a dejar la residencia estudiantil donde estaba antes para alquilar un departamento con una amiga. Estos días guardé algunas cosas en cajas y traje casi toda mi ropa (ME QUIERO MORIR PORQUE EL ARMARIO ACÁ ES MUCHO MÁS PEQUEÑO, pero bueno, tocará poner ropa en cajas y guardarlas debajo de la cama).

La verdad es que esta nueva etapa me da un poco de miedo. ¿Qué pasa si terminamos peleándonos con mi amiga? No es que nos llevemos mal ni nada; me refiero a que la convivencia no es fácil y tal vez, con el paso del tiempo, terminemos llevándonos mal. De todas formas, intento no pensar mucho en eso.

Espero que todo salga bien y que me vaya bien en mis próximos exámenes.

El sabado anterior un niño de aproximadamente 8 años se acerco a mi con su telefono en mano y me pidio mi ig, no se si era para el o para algun hermano mayor, y hoy un adolescente emo se me acerco cuando estaba esperando sola en la plaza a que llegara mi amiga.

Espero que la proxima sea un un universitario de 1,80 ¿ o ya es mucho pedir?

It seemed like all I had to do was complain that no one ever asks me for my Instagram on the street… and then it finally happened. Last Saturday, a kid — maybe around 8 years old — came up to me with his phone in hand and asked for my IG. I don’t know if it was for him or for an older brother. And today, an emo teenager approached me while I was waiting alone in the park for my friend to arrive.
