I know its wrong, but I feel like my life is better whenever Im deep into restriction; i take my medication and vitamins everyday, I eat better foods, I get outside and move more, Im more hygienic, i go to the gym regularly, i try harder at school... all things I should be doing normally but I especially have to take care of myself when restricting to compensate for the damage. Idk I just feel like when im motivated and actively losing weight im more motivated to fix other parts of my life.
