Somes

I lost my journal couple months ago during my move and while I truly don’t need very often, I’m really struggling right now to find the proper outlet in replacement. I unexpectedly found a lot of comfort and clarity with strong emotions I’ve experienced by physically writing it down even though I used to think that was some teenage girl bullshit. I want to express myself freely without fear of judgement. I don’t want to to water down my feelings and desires for the sake of being more palatable for others. I’ve been posting way too much triggering or personal details about my feelings and overall mental health in spaces I don’t necessarily feel entirely comfortable. I miss writing poetry or general pieces of things I’ve written to express myself but I constantly fear that if I expose that to these people that I’m constantly trying to get validation from I’m going to be judged or criticized.
