At first glance, this world feels like a bit of a hodgepodge. After reading the description, I get the impression that the creator built it specifically to showcase their own lots. Honesty the houses here are absolutely gorgeous. Aside from a few unfurnished lots, the interiors are exquisitely decorated. Placing any of these houses on Summer Hill would make the Altos and Landgraabs green with envy for months (I mean, if you're struggling to build your dream legacy mansion or just feeling lazy, you can definitely find what you need here XD). The shopping malls near the campus district are also incredibly impressive. They're packed with goods, and every lot is equipped with at least five cash registers (well frankly, overkill). Since there are so many highly decorated lots, lag or slow rendering is inevitable, and there might be some routing issues, though I haven't done any detailed testing yet. In my opinion, this world is better suited as a travel destination or a university world.
