Hunter SHOULDNT be wearing heavy armor like plate or chainmail. His fighting style is based on speed and dexterity. Restricting his movement would be devastating to his efficacy in combat. He is wearing a sleeveless quilted wool gambeson over a leather half cuirass with a single pauldron over his non-dominant left shoulder. This is a completely normal and effective uniform for him. It keeps all of his joints mobile but protects him from bladed (though perhaps not piercing) weaponry. Wool is natural fire resistant and while they don't have sheep I'm sure it's of comparable quality. Wool is also non-conductive to electricity. He's wearing leather and wool and while the pauldron is on the correct side I still think it's largely ornamental with the way it sits.

i cant help but notice that the chocolate chips cookies you brought to the potluck yesterday had bad vibes. so i went through your cabinets while you were sleeping and checked out the chocolate chips you used. i mean they looked innocent on the surface, they were even fair trade certified. but i just couldn't shake that itching sense that sometning was off. i infiltrated the chocolate company's headquarters by posing as IT support. and you know what I found? the guy who designed the labels got a dui in 2007. so it turns out my instincts were right and you're a terrible person.

is this the good place heaven/hell points system

the word ptarmigan makes me feel feral. it makes me want to tear my teeth into raw meet and bite until i can feel bones snapping and blood is pouring from my mouth, until my fangs are stained pink and my fur needs a good wash in the creek.

i feel like an animal most of the time but the word ptarmigan makes me feel like one that's been tied up just outside the forest.

No one wants to work anymore. All kids these days want is to physically transform into animals. Bones cracking, breaking, splintering apart, stitching together into exhilaratingly new shapes. Hair, all kinds hair, various fluids and oils and whatnot. Monstrous musk, hideous scents foreign to civilization. Ragged-lip maws dripping with alien teeth, crowning in teething agony like the birth of an infant god. Gore-streaked visages howling in pagan delight by the pale light of the moon, etc. No work ethic. He who makes a beast of himself takes away the pain of clocking in tomorrow
