While Hiterlites like to claim a sort of inborn superiority merely based on their existence, National Bolshevism and Karl Otto Paetel, while being unequivocally ethnocentric, dispense with such an idea and instead assert that every group of people and by extension, the individuals that embody that race must prove their merit, not merely claim it reflexively. From the National Bolshevist Manifesto p. 34 & 60:

"Revolutionary nationalism resists the use of the racial-question [Rassenfrage] for the establishment of a born-to-rule master-race; rejects race-dogmatism as a criterion for foreign-policy; and in the construction of socialism demands as evidence for the value of race not entitlement but achievement."

"Even the question of ‘Nordic leadership-substance’ could only be decided like so: through performance for the struggle of the entire Volk. If Nordic blood is indeed the creative, state-building, heroic element in the German Volk, then the revolution undoubtedly clears the way for it to prove its leadership capabilities for itself."

Unlike National Bolshevists or Strasserists, the Nazi pats themself on the back for being "Aryan", even though their personal accomplishments may be next to nothing due to attachment to past perceived accomplishment. Let us elaborate on the Hitlerian attitude in contrast, Mein Kampf p.289+:

"The Aryan is the Prometheus of mankind, whose bright forehead the divine spark of genius has at all times given light and heat and who has always kindled anew the fire of knowledge which provided the beacon for the advance of human progress.”

“If we were to divide mankind into three groups, the founders of culture, the bearers of culture, the destroyers of culture, only the Aryan could be considered as the representative of the first group.”

“It is futile to haggle over the question of which race or races originated human civilization, but from evidence before us it is a simple matter to see that culture today is almost exclusively Aryan-produced.”

"Hitler was a man of peace!"

So why did he annex away Klaipeda from the Lithuanians and land from Slavs in Czechia while conspiring with the Soviets to enact war on Poland?

"National Socialism created an economic miracle!"

It didn't. Hjalmar Schacht fabricated Mefo bills that created severe debt from excessive borrowing. Furthermore, military spending increased from 1% in 1933 to 17-20% by 1938, demonstrating that Hitler had intended war (so much for the "man of peace"). Independent trade unions were banned and replaced by a corrupt, government mandated one and strikes were made illegal. Wages fell or stagnated for workers while working hours increased. The Nazis' financial irresponsibility was instrumental in creating the necessity for war and the regime was rife with various forms of corruption.

"Hitler's rise was organic!"

It was anything but. Hitler was a puppet of the wealthy German industrialist class and was financed by Wall Street interests. He was propped up by Rohm and the SA, until finally being granted a position of power by the government to serve as the elites' puppet.

"National Socialism was against degeneracy!"

Hitler was addicted to a suite of drugs and was effectively a junkie, despite being against tobacco and alcohol. Not just that, they turned servicemen into junkies, issuing methamphetamine in the form of Pervitin, which incidentally carried a significant profit for the pharmaceutical companies that produced it. Unlike some anti-tobacco initiatives, alcohol usage was rife in German culture and was never meaningfully addressed.
