[nearby shelf, laden with books, falls from the wall due to the space within the house expanding, leaving the niche too wide to support it. The books slide off and hit Donald on the head one by one until a large comical bump pushes his hat high off his head]
DONALD: we'll see about THAT, tough guy!
[Donald rushes offscreen and returns immediately with a toolbox. He attempts to replace the shelf, but finds the niche is now too narrow to fit it. Donald makes several indistinct grumbling noises and retrieves a measuring tape from the toolbox. While he is attempting to measure the space, the house expands again, causing his toolbox to knock him over, and the measuring tape snaps shut and hits him in the face]
DONALD: oh, THAT'S how it is, is it?
[the niche is now the correct size for the shelf. Donald dusts himself off and quickly mounts the shelf in a cloud of cartoon dust, before it has the chance to change size again. When the dust clears, the sleeve of his shirt is nailed firmly into the wall. With several grunts, he struggles to free himself, only to have the niche expand again, dropping the books on his head once more. Reuse previous animation]
DONALD: [unintelligible, angry]
[Classic Donald Tantrum which once again kicks up a cloud of cartoon dust which expands to obscure the entire shot. When the dust has cleared, every nail in the walls of the house has come loose— shelves and framed photos lay in disarray all over the room— except the nail holding Donald's sleeve to the wall. Donald calms himself and reaches for the hammer to pry the nail off. The house expands once more, putting the hammer just out of reach]
