america and its obsession with 13°C a/c
instead of “hydration breaks” give each team a bucket full of water balloons for the coaches and subs to throw at opposition players anytime during the match
i just read an opinion that was essentially "i would never ask my partner for their phone password nor give it bc we’re allowed to have spaces to ourselves and this how we build trust" which made some sense to me after sitting with it, but tbh my default opinion is the opposite — i agree that couples should have spaces for themselves but i don’t think knowing each other’s passwords interferes with that and i believe knowing is one form/demonstration of trust itself.
i myself don’t care if my family or even select friends know my phone password bc i trust them enough to not go through it. i suppose i understand both sides depending on context like abuse, but now im curious:
no nuance. in general, do you view exchanging passwords with a serious romantic partner ultimately an act of trust or mistrust?
trust
mistrust
I’m aware that people can manipulate others with "if you have nothing to hide then let me stalk you" reasoning, but what i’m asking for is more of a general opinion based on a scenario where both ppl are in a healthy loving relationship

i think one of my favorite microgenres in media is when the little town is fucked up. it could be horror or it could be mystery or it could be thriller or it could be scifi but the little town is fucked up. there is something so deeply sinister and unsettling about the village. maybe it's a creature or some folklore cryptid or it's the water or it's a cult or some house that's haunted and everyone avoids it or the inhabitants themselves are haunted. but it is very very important that the small town is fucked up
