Another instance where I felt stronger from working out was when I was at work and I grabbed a tub of mustard with one hand. I had it gripped by the lid and the only way I could pull it out of the fridge was to slide and let it fall. Normally my grip would’ve slipped and it’d fall, but it actually didn’t. My grip felt firm. It was awesome

I dont like a lot of slang terms but my favorite thing people made up was adding “maxxing” at the end of the word. Truly peak language
