Anyways I’ve always loved this idea of a planet in space that’s actually a living animal. It’s kinda fun. So this new celestial body appears in the solar system and people go to see what’s up. Something happens tho, and so they send a rescue mission to save the first group. It’s possible and might as well do it. On the rescue mission was a man whose twin brother was on the first mission, so ofc he wants to save him. Only thing is, they haven’t talked since they were 18. The first twin kinda disowned him. But the second twin feels like he needs to make it up to him, so he’s going to rescue him. Idk wha else is going on but ive been spinning it around in my head like a microwave. I just like drawing the second twin he’s fun

Some experiments with coloring and shading. If i wanna be serious about a comic I gotta keep it simple. No fancy shmancy shading. Just the simple stuff will do. Also it was fun giving Castor more expressions than just grumpy

Wanted to compare heights cuz I felt it was important. Normally I know what someone’s height is down to the inch but these guys I kept pretty vague. I knew Theodore has to tower over everyone, and I always wanted Castor to be almost shorter than his whole crew, showing that he is VERY commanding and terrifying, and his wife is the same height as him. It’s kinda funny seeing how tall Phillipé is. And Orion is almost the same height as Ronan??? Oh well, he’s 10 while Ronan is 12 so 🤷‍♀️
