idc if it's what suzanne collins intended but i fully believe in my heart of hearts that madge was in love with katniss and peeta knew and madge knew he was ALSO in love with katniss, and while they never TALKED about it, the two did make Prolonged Eye Contact behind katniss' back a few times whenever she did something particularly "oh hell i'm in love with this girl"-worthy

Tbh I don't understand anyone who denies their favorite character's flaws and acts like they've never done anything wrong when that is like consistently the most interesting part of any character ever
