06/26/2021 - Cosmic Angels (Mina Shirakawa, Tam Nakano & Unagi Sayaka) vs Oedo Tai (Natsuko Tora, Ruaka & Saki Kashima)
I love watching Oedo Tai. Natsuko and Ruaka are great and I'm always happy to see Saki! Mina is definitely sold as an underdog by Oedo Tai big time, but I love the resilience she shows! Even when they don't take her seriously she gives her all to make them take her seriously! A lot of great Oedo Tai shenanigans, and there was a sequence where Natsuko just dragged Mina away from the ring and over to like a merch table tens of meters away at LEAST just to attack her there, and brought her back just in time before the count out.
Also, there was like, a moment where it looked like Mina pulled Unagi's hand back so Tam had to tag her in instead of Unagi, which was deliciously catty of her
i REALLY love the cosmic angels team up moves, they're SOOOOOOO fun it's honestly fantastic. you can tell how much they adore working with each other. also, the end was funny because they got goodie bags and posed in front of fish posters??? was their sponsor fish? what fish was sponsoring stardom that night???

Also, there was DELICIOUSLY juicy drama between Unagi and Mina at the end over their then upcoming fight with each other for the Future of Stardom belt. Tam had to get them to stop and it was like ooooooh the girls are seconds from fiiiiiiightiiiiiiiiiing, just delicious drama. it was really neat to see the drama rumbling between them!
07/06/2021 - Cosmic Angels (Mina Shirakawa, Tam Nakano & Unagi Sayaka) vs Queen's Quest (AZM, Saya Kamitani & Utami Hayashishita)
God I love Queen's Quest. Utami Hayashita really just ages more and more like a fine wine, it's wild how she was still hot as hell then but she's somehow even hotter now!!!! Also, AZM back then with the short hair and the non EVA gear really throws me off lmao like I know who you are but who are you!!!
Saya has a killer dropkick, and so does AZM, they are both such INCREDIBLE wrestlers it's bananas. And Mina was doing FANTASTIC this match. This was an absolutely banger display of Queen's Quest and them going against Cosmic Angels in this was really awesome. This was a good middle match. Still lots of highs, but plenty of calm to let us recuperate for the final match of the night!!
10/03/2021 - Cosmic Angels (Mina Shirakawa, Tam Nakano & Unagi Sayaka) vs Donna del Mondo (Himeka, Maika & Natsupoi)
I knew how this match was going to go but it still hurt. Mina getting pinned at the very end was heartbreaking, especially after getting out of so many 2.9 counts. Overall it was an INCREDIBLE match though, and Mina was definitely going at 110%, and frankly, all of the Cosmic Angels did great. there was also a little bit showing them in the back before their entrance where they're talking together and psyching each other up before the match and it was just heartwrenching knowing the outcome ahead of time. i love them soooooo much.
I also LOVE watching Poi, Maika, and Himeka in the ring, they all did fantastic in this match. I think Mina has fantastic in ring chemistry with all of them! Mina especially had a lot of great sequences at the end with Poi, including putting Poi in a lock that looked absolutely diabolical
(I love how expressive Mina gets during matches by the way, it's so funny how a woman called The Venus who is just one of the most beautiful women to ever exist will do the funniest faces known to mankind)
Honestly a fantastic final match and going out to DDM in a killer match after a draw is fantastic, even though seeing Mina sob after being pinned BREAKS my fucking heart. They had a really fantastic title run, and I so appreciate the teamwork these three have had, and loved seeing them work together, it's so good. You can tell how much more comfortable Mina gets in the ring with the Cosmic Angels and with herself over these matches and it's awesome. 9 matches from getting the belts to dropping them! Awesome run!
