I made a thing :3

I really like this set of Sims2Sisters outerwear for kids (except for those booties, but I can’t be arsed right now, might change them in the future), but I strongly dislike the photoskinned skirts that come with it. 

I retextured the skirts using @witheredlilies​‘ default replacement textures as a base. I also disabled the bumpmap, because ew. 

3 colors, set as outerwear, mesh by sims2sisters included.

A replacement for TS2 dizziness effect aka slap stars

🚨BIG UPDATE on December 2025 :

🗼 I remade these items because I realized that the original TNW files had been cloned from the Maxis Water Tower. This left a red light on the object that I couldn't remove, and it was causing the flying pig to appear. 🐖

🛸 So I created new cloned files from the UFO crash : the new crop circles will act like the crashed flying saucer and will therefore attract UFOs to your neighborhood !!

I also made them a bit thicker, so they could be placed on slightly uneven terrain, or even on 3D fields !

🏜️ I decided to recolor those Circles with @curiousb terrain paints. This allows for a wide range of colors for better effects in your neighborhood decor. With their improved meshed, they can go on the ones by @greatcheesecakepersona or @pixeldolly ones. 🌱

📝 I gave them a proper description and also made them placeable everywhere, even under water ! 🌊

I’ve thought about doing something like this before, mostly inspired by almighty hat’s lovely spectral servant DR and my desire to still have floating clothes as spectral assistants, and this finally gave me the push to try it. There are three packages, all required: one of them, midgethetree_bonehilda-NPC, is a custom NPC. You can’t take it out of your downloads once you’ve placed it in unless you want to start from scratch with new hoods: not heeding this instruction will corrupt your hoods. I don’t normally like to use/make stuff that can’t be easily taken out of your downloads, but since there was already a modified spectral assistant for me to clone and all I actually had to do was reskin things and replace GUIDs I made an exception. The other two packages are the summoner object (Bonehilda’s key, found in Hobbies/Misc so it’s with my Bonehilda’s coffin servo recharger) and Bonehilda’s outfit/”hair” as provided by Sentate with some extra resources that allows them to be assigned as an NPC outfit.

UPDATE 12/7/18 1: Now with three options for the outfit! The one labeled “Sentate” is the one shown in the preview, the other two you can see here. Only keep one of the files with “NPCOutfit” in the name.

UPDATE 12/7/18 2: As requested, now maid NPCs quit if they’re in the same room as Bonehilda! Maids get a bit single-minded when cleaning an object, but once they’re done and looking for the next object should they happen to spot Bonehilda they’ll make a run for it, complete with a funny dialog box.

UPDATE 12/9/18: The NPC has been fixed to be less prone to throwing errors, please redownload.

UPDATE 12/13/18: Removed the partial transparency from Bonehilda.

UPDATE 11/6/21: Made summon interaction non-autonomous, and made Bonehilda female (for purposes of voice).

Overview

This is a small mod for TS2 that fixes the intense lag you get when you're in step 4 of CAS (makeup/accessories/jewelry/etc)

More Balanced Aspiration Attraction

If this aspect is unmodded, some aspirations have a much easier time gaining bolts than others. And it only becomes more apparent if you use a mod that adds secondary aspirations to the chemistry, as they're counted based on that same unequal system too.

So, I tweaked it in the way you can see from the table above. With this system, every aspiration has one other aspiration they're attracted to and one they have a penalty towards.

The attraction/penalty is only one-sided to prevent strong "ideal couples" like knowledge & family and pleasure & romance are with the original system. That being said:

All aspirations still find their own aspiration attractive

Grilled Cheese sims find their own aspiration massively attractive, so I didn't give them a boost with other aspirations at all

This mod is just a simple BCON tuning, meaning that if you want to make your own version, you can easily edit it further.

I had recoloured this mesh by SkittlesSims before but I wanted to try again and do something a little different.

so when I got a request to recolour it I decided to jump in again :D .. not much of the original texture remains. :P base texture is now a frankenstein of multiple different TS4 textures and a lot of "hand painting" not perfect by any means, but I think pretty cute .. and seasonal! (for one hemisphere anyway)

I started because I felt like it but I ended up creating an entire section... can you notice that I love masterposts?

Did you accidentally make your fence too short, and now there's an ugly extra fence post in the way? Think you'll have to rebuild that whole section of fence to get rid of it? Worry not!

Simply attach another piece of fence to the post you want gone...

... and then manually remove it. The fence post will be removed as well.

It works!! You don't even have to put the additional fence down - if you just act like it's there and remove a nonexistent intersecting fence piece, the post will also disappear. Thank you @simping-simmer!

In the process of trying this I also discovered something else:

If you place down the length of fence you want, then add an additional piece, then use the above method to delete the fence post without deleting any actual fence, and finally hit ctrl+z, you "undo" the last piece of real fence you placed, but without the end post. I don't know how "sticky" this is but it does survive saving & reloading the lot.

The same trick for getting rid of fenceposts works on half-walls, and I found a useful application for it!

Usually when you place these particular half-walls, there is a significant overhang on the ends, and when placed one tile apart like this, it makes an already-narrow space feel even narrower. This doesn't impact Sim routing at all, but I didn't like how it looked, and luckily, using this technique, you can get rid of them (sometimes)!

Using the same technique as above, you place the half-walls you want; then place a continuing piece (in this case, both ends could use the same piece of wall); use the wall bulldozer (holding ctrl) as if you were deleting walls that intersected with the posts you want gone; press ctrl+z to undo the wall you placed; add other fences, if you would like.

At first, I thought this wouldn't work on corner walls, but it does, you just have to delete the posts before you add the other fences. The black fence in this example doesn't have a fencepost, but if you put down a second fence that does have fenceposts, you will be stuck with that fencepost on the corner.

However, you can use this to force the game to use the fence post of your choice when two fences meet.

This Mod allows you to choose non-default clothes for your sims babies.

You can search and download non-default clothes specific for this mod on google and here.

1) First you download the Chris Hatch’s Plan Baby Outfit Mod and some clothes like this.

2) Place them on your Downloads Folder. Open your game and you find the mod as teddy bear.

3) Select the teddy bear. 

4) At first you will see an empty catalog. Don’t Choose the toddler category.

5) Stay at the adult category and choose the male/female icon to make the clothes to show up. 

6) Choose the outfit you want and save.
