Some young guys are so eager to bulk up that they eat way too much and stretch their stomach to the point where only massive cheat meals can fill them. Sometimes, their musclegut gets so big they become literally insatiable, and only stop feeling hungry when their belly is stuffed closed to bursting point.

By the time that happens, it’s super difficult to go back and cut… but the huge calorie intake also comes with huge muscle and strength gains. So guys like him tend to embrace the gut and go all in.
