I travel the world and oft tell people I’m from a poor country.  When they hear I am American, they dismiss me.  However, I’d like to point out that this parking spot in Paris sold for more than my House in America.

If all roads lead to Rome, I guess all trains lead to Paris?  In truth, Europe has a far better public transit system than America.  ~$15/person took me 45 minutes from Charles de Gaulle airport to the center of Paris.  Compare that to LaGuadia in New York that has no train, subway or rail service of any kind.

So, I also cook a little.  Made a zoodle base with pesto and cherry tomatoes. Sautéed the shrimp in a touch of olive-oil toasted butter with capers, white wine, lemon juice, garlic and old bay. When finished, I plated the zoodles and poured the shrimp with butter sauce over top. Garnish is asiago cheese and fresh oregano.
