im swimming at the lake and accidentally kicked a fish. this has never happened in my many years of swimming. sorry man

i got a wild lore update from my mom about her involvement with the cartel and mexican mafia and almost being shot and a bunch of a stuff, long story short, it turns out my little brother's family was an opposing mafia and they protected my mom from her ex-boyfriend that was wanted for murder and trying to kill her. they saved her from them. during the time that she was running with the Bad Bad people I did not see her, as a kid, for almost two or three years between ages 9 and 12. and then she came back with a new boyfriend (my little brother's dad) and his family. she ran hard with them and i just thought it was regular stuff but no they were a drug cartel protecting my mom from another worse drug cartel

i must not get takeout. takeout is the wallet-killer. takeout is the little-death that brings total obliteration. i will face the kitchen, fridge, and pantry. i will make choices about what to cook and then execute them. when hunger is gone there will be nothing. only i will remain.
