LOOK AT HIM HE'S BEAUTIFUL! All his black and red and gold. You'll added in all his jewelry so nicely but I also really like what you've done giving him gold eye shadow (he deserves that). He really is such an evil bastard man but I'm having so much fun writing for his personality and the dynamic that he and Peach have.

Anyway, Iāve been sort of scribbling down ideas for the AU, so here, have some more of the pretty snake-birb!
I havenāt nailed down all the important info yet, like you know, plot besides āEclipse invades personal space, Y/N gets flusteredā lol. This is probably gonna be in development for a LONG time, especially since I have a bunch of other ideas I might get distracted by. But I've nailed down a few ideas!Ā
For one, I made Eclipse a god of wind (and maybe also of knowledge but juryās still out on that one.) It suits him. Wind is chaotic.Ā It can be a calm, cool breeze one minute, and then become a cyclone and bulldoze through towns the next.Ā And you canāt really stand against it.Ā You might be able to predict which way it will blow, after a time, and even take advantage of it, but you canāt control it or block it.Ā Eclipse isn't really something Y/N can fight, or even predict at first, so they have to learn to go with the flow.Ā Ā
Itās also gonna be important for some backstory elements Iām working on, mainly Eclipseās sealing - why it happened, how his imprisonment affected him, etc.Ā Oh, and shenanigan potential.Ā And maybe some warlocky badassery for Y/N depending on how the plot goes, who knows?
Also, thank you to the one commenter who suggested Y/N looking into Eclipse's legends for their motivation for being on the expedition that ends up finding him in the first place! I'm still figuring out details (just like with everything else) but I'll definitely be using that!

OKAY I DID THE THING. So heres the revival of a buggy au I made two(?) years ago! As it it is now, the mc is based off of a Caterpillar mimicking jumping spider (Uroballus carlei), Sun is based off of a Painted lichen moth (Hypoprepia fucosa), Moon is based off of a Forest mother of pearl butterfly (Protogoniomorpha parhassus), and Eclipse. Uh. Hes a spider and thats all I got.
Oh, and uh. I must mention that those jumping spiders mimic the caterpillars of lichen moths...surely nothing can go wrong from that.. :)
(ALSO, WARNING, SUN AND MOON ARE MATES IN THIS!! SUN X MOON!!)
