u guys really are sucking me back into this fandom
• while Curly is generally accepted as the funniest one, Angela is the wittiest. her quick snipes make her notorious for arguments, and she gives most boys a real run for their money.
• Angela also makes the best coffee and sometimes Tim will wake her up to make him a cup when hes craving it.
• Curly went to church with Ponyboy once and (deep down) kind of thought it was interesting. he ended up revisiting once after he got out of reform, left halfway through, and never went back.
• Tim always leaves the comic section of the newspaper by the coffee pot for Curly.
• Dallas’ death drove a deep wedge between Tim and Curly’s relationship. It made Curly want to step away from their lifestyle, but it made Tim really tighten his grip. For Tim, it made him colder, harder. It made Curly open his eyes.
• Angela took Dallas’ death incredibly hard, too, but most people chalked it up to her regular dramatics. Tim was the only other one that knew, but Dallas had bailed Angela out of a number of sketchy situations. He’d always drive her home, cussing up a storm the whole time, swearing to tell Tim what an idiot she was (and he did). Dallas had a knack for being there at the right time, and she’d never thanked him.
• Curly had a phase of cocaine use one summer. He thought Tim didn’t know, but his older brother knew the signs too well to not realize. He sat back, let Curly have his fun, and knew he’d give it up eventually. And if he didn’t, then he’d get busted for possession. Curly ended up giving it up after a mild overdose.
• Angela is the most desperate for love, Curly is the one who finds love first, and Tim’s the one who loses love. He does have two sons, though, and he ends up being a pretty good dad (if u know u know)
