The idea is that Caine took Annabelle's refusal to cooperate with his whole "Ragatha-2" idea very personally. And delivers the most overkill episode 8 "fuck you" imaginable to our already identity challenged friend Annabelle (and Ragatha also)

I originally binned this idea for being "too much" for the comic, but it is top tier autonomy/identity suffering. So I'm considering it again

I thought a few times how, for Ragatha, since she has mitten hands that it must be kinda akward to hold hands with people (atleast those who have humanoid hands) and I wanted to add a little interaction with Annabelle before the "photoshoot"

I think if you replace Pomni with Ragatha at most points in the narrative the show would be better. Like straight up remove Pomni.

Because any time Pomni successfully empathizes and reaches out to someone - that's a story beat for that character, and every day for Pomni. For Ragatha, however, this desire to help is not just "her holy intrinsic nature", it's an adaptation to living with her mother, an adaptation that is often more placation than help (because an abused child cannot "help" her parent (placation is a survival strategy)), and thus successful outreach can become a story beat for both characters now.

Let’s just say, episode 9 changed my perspective of episode 5 and 6. It explains Ragatha’s behaviors towards Jax getting close with Pomni and she said “Jax is corrupting her”. I thought corrupting meant Pomni changing for bad, not literally

So she has been trying to protect her, to not let the history repeat
